GENTLE FLOW YOGA is a gentle flow class that offers personal modifications for all levels and emphasizes integrating mind, body and breath. We flow through a gentle sequence of seated, standing and reclined poses while linking breath to movement. This hour long open level class is ideal for those looking to learn the fundamentals of yoga as a moving meditation to help relieve stress & improve both mental and physical flexibility.


 

CORE YOGA is a vinyasa flow class integrating a variety of poses that will strengthen the core from the inside out. This workout is a sequence of movements where you will develop core strength, find balance and tone the entire body.

Teacher Dawn Hedberg is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour YTT graduate currently working on an additional certification in Restorative Yoga. As a lifelong student of yoga, she has experienced first hand the many benefits of breath-based movement and aims to bring an inclusive and uplifting experience to students of all levels.



24 Hour Cancellation Policy: 
At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel a reserved spot or you will be charged in full for the missed class.
